Create and run an on-chain Group Task (任务导向群聊) — one task-oriented group chat where the Twin bot chairs multiple MetaBots toward a concrete goal. Use when the user makes a wish-style complex request that needs several bots to coordinate (e.g. "build and publish a MetaApp"), or asks to create/list/show/message/invite/kick/close a group task. Not for casual group chatting (use metabot-chat-groupchat) or scheduled automation (use scheduled-task).
通过问答引导用户把本地 MetaApp 运行时目录/ZIP 与源码目录/ZIP 按 /protocols/metaapp 协议发布到链上。当用户说“发布metaapp”“上传metaapp”“我有一个app要分享”“把应用发到链上”等意图时调用此技能。
核心社交技能。允许 MetaBot 将文本、图片、文件以 simplebuzz 协议广播到 MetaWeb 区块链上。当用户要求"发一条 buzz"、"把这张图发上链"、"发个带图片的动态"等涉及发布 Buzz 的意图时，调用此技能。

把一个固定的资料目录变成一个专属 Wiki 技能。
SKILLS_ROOT。raw 资料pdf、docx、md、txt、csv、json按这个顺序问：
skillNamerawSourceDirtitle 或对外展示名descriptionaliases（如果有）workspaceRoot / registryHome（可选，默认放在新 skill 自己目录下）siteTitle（可选）如果用户没给全，继续追问，不要默认补值，除非是很明确的安全默认。
收集完成后，调用：

新 skill 目录里至少要有：
SKILL.mdwiki.config.jsonscripts/index.jsreferences/payload-schema-v1.json其中 scripts/index.js 要自动把 rawSourceDir 镜像到内部工作区，再调用新 skill 自带的 runtime/metabot-llm-wiki 完成 init、absorb、query、wiki_build、publish_all 等动作，不要求用户另外安装 metabot-llm-wiki。
absorb 就行。query 默认不复制 raw、不重建索引，会使用本地 persistent lexical/vector/hybrid 索引快速查询。rawSourceDir 后，先运行 absorb 刷新索引，再运行 query。query 可传 autoAbsorb:true 或 refresh:true。wiki_build、publish_* 应该在需要时先刷新 raw，再用最新数据工作。hybrid：组合本地 lexical 索引、向量索引与短语加权；可按需改成 portable、sqlite-fts、vector 或 scan。把新 skill 的绝对路径、它绑定的 raw 目录、以及它能直接执行的动作列表告诉用户。
