A PRD is a product spec (what/why), NOT a technical design (use rfc) and NOT open research (use brainstorm). The PRD generates the todo; it is not itself the todo.
Multi-step RFC (Request For Comments) workflow for Claude Code. Forces reasoning before action: problem → alternatives → tradeoffs → design → risks → recommendation → impl plan. Execute a predetermined spec. The automatic Stop hook already logs file changes; this skill is the reader and the manual writer for the intent the hook cannot infer.

<how_it_works> The state lives in the artifacts themselves, not a separate ledger:
docs/prd/<slug>/prd.md frontmatter status (draft -> ready -> shipped) + tasks.md checkboxes for progress.docs/rfcs/.../RFC.md frontmatter status (Draft -> Review -> Accepted -> shipped).ready/in_progress or rfc Accepted. DONE = shipped/superseded/Rejected (hidden). WIP = still authoring (draft/Review).resume_cmd in frontmatter wins; otherwise it is derived from the path (/ship <folder-or-RFC.md>).Because the board is DERIVED on read, it self-prunes the instant ship flips a status.
