Run the recurring observe-extract-diff-summarize-recommend loop across configured watchlists. For each saved watchlist, check bounded public sources online, prioritize official and trusted domains, capture source-backed claims on pricing, positioning, offers, features, promos, proof points, and messaging, compare against the last saved dossier, persist local JSON state, refresh the local Markdown brief, and emit operator-ready recommendations with warnings when coverage is degraded.

• watchlists_json (string, optional): JSON array of watchlists to refresh inline.
• watchlists (array, optional): Structured watchlists to refresh inline.
• trusted_domains (string, optional): Comma or newline separated allowlisted domains for tracked pages.
