Default Guardrails

Keep .zshenv idempotent and fast; no external commands
No aliases/functions in .zshenv
Use typeset -gx VAR=... or export VAR=... with defensive checks
Set fpath before compinit; run compinit once only
Document plugin load order (especially zsh-autocomplete + zsh-syntax-highlighting)
