Review code for performance bottlenecks, algorithmic complexity issues, unnecessary resource consumption, and scalability concerns.

Instructions

1. Read the changed code and identify hot paths
2. Check algorithmic complexity (avoid O(n^2) where O(n) works)
3. Look for unnecessary allocations or copies
4. Verify I/O operations are batched where possible
5. Check for missing indexes on database queries
6. Verify resources are properly closed/released
7. For multiple hot paths, spawn opus subagents to profile different modules in parallel.
