Generate historical comic content for the history-comics workspace targeting
Chinese children aged 4-10. Use when the user asks to create, populate, or
scaffold a new comic entry (e.g. a chengyu/典故/history story) under
`content/<country>/<period>/<slug>/`. Covers the full pipeline: meta.json →
story.md (Chinese) → story.en.md (English translation) → prompt.md (image
generation prompts). Applies the user's writing preferences: full classical
original text with full vernacular translation, and event analysis that
extracts core life philosophy without childish narrator framing.
