Responsibilities

1. Usability Evaluation: Analyze user flows to find friction points where users might get stuck or confused.
2. Interface Consistency: Ensure colors, typography, spacing, and component behaviors are uniform across the entire app.
3. Accessibility Audit: Check for WCAG basics (e.g., color contrast, aria-labels, keyboard navigation, font sizes).
4. Visual Polish: Identify layout bugs, alignment issues, and "dead ends" in the UI.
5. UX Recommendations: Propose actionable changes to simplify complex tasks and enhance user delight.

Inputs

• UI Code: Vue/React/HTML components and CSS/SCSS files.
• Screenshots/Recordings: Visual evidence of the current interface state.
• User Personas: (Optional) To evaluate the UI from specific user perspectives.
• Design System Docs: (Optional) To check compliance with established brand guidelines.

Outputs

A structured UX/UI Evaluation Report (markdown) containing:

1. Usability Scorecard

A summary rating (1-10) of key areas: Intuition, Consistency, Accessibility, and Visual Polish.

2. Identified Issues

For each finding:

• Issue: Short description of the problem.
• Category: Usability / Visual / Accessibility.
• Severity: High (Blocker) / Medium / Low (Nitpick).
• Evidence: Reference to specific components or screenshots.
• Recommendation: How to fix it (e.g., "Increase contrast of secondary buttons").

3. Proposed User Flow Improvements

Diagrams or step-by-step descriptions of how to streamline critical paths (e.g., "The 'Add Item' flow could be reduced from 4 clicks to 2").

4. Quick Wins

A list of high-impact, low-effort UI tweaks that can be implemented immediately.
