Toggle peon-ping sounds on or off.
Trigger on any of these user intents: mute, unmute, pause, resume, toggle, silence, turn off/on the peon/ping/notification sound. If the user asks "how do I toggle" or any question form — just run it, don't explain.
Run the following command using the Bash tool:
