/clean — Clean Research Loop State

Remove all research loop state so the next /start begins fresh.

Steps

1. Remove results log:

   rm -f results.tsv
   

2. If SAR_RV_ID is set, clean all variant artifacts (clones, not worktrees):

     # Remove target variant clones (fully independent, just rm -rf)
     rm -rf ${SAR_TARGET_REPO}--${SAR_RV_ID}-tv-*
     # Clean temp files

     rm -f /tmp/rag-eval-report--${SAR_RV_ID}-*.json
   fi
   

3. Report what was cleaned.
