.agent.mdファイルを作成・編集する。frontmatter（tools, handoffs, model）の設計、エージェントの責務定義を支援。agent.md作成、.agent.md編集、.github/agents、カスタムエージェント、handoffs、tools、エージェント定義などの言及時に使用。
Copilot向け instructions/prompts/skills/agents の整備。`.github/agents`/`.agents` 配下の `*.instructions.md`/`*.prompt.md`/`*.agent.md`/`SKILL.md` を編集、追跡対象（`.github/copilot-instructions.md`等）は提案のみ。instructions整備、applyTo、excludeAgent、.git/info/exclude、ルール変更などで使用。
Agent Hook（.json）の作成・編集を行う。hookイベント、matcher、入出力フォーマット、exit code、設置場所の設計を支援する。hook作成、hooks、PreToolUse、PostToolUse、SessionStart、Stop、.github/hooks、/hooks、agent hook、hookファイルなどの言及時に使用。
.instructions.mdファイルを作成・編集する。frontmatter（applyTo）の設計、repo-wide vs path-specific の使い分け、glob パターンの書き方を支援。instructions.md作成、.instructions.md編集、.agent/instructions、.github/instructions、applyTo、globパターン、path-specific、repo-wideなどの言及時に使用。
VS Code用のprompt.mdファイルを作成・編集する。frontmatter（name/description/argument-hint必須）、本文の手順記述、skillとの役割分担を支援。prompt.md作成、.prompt.md編集、.agent/prompts、.github/prompts、プロンプトファイル、テンプレート利用などの言及時に使用。
スキル定義ファイル（SKILL.md）の作成・更新を支援する。frontmatter 設計、description のトリガーキーワード調整、本文構成、progressive disclosure 設計、発火テストを含む。スキル作成、SKILL.md、frontmatter、description、.agents/skills、発火しない、トリガーワード、name フィールド、スキル競合などの言及時に使用。
