Lookup Rules

Duplicate Detection

Purpose: Translate any parking domain concept into clear, layered understanding — business rationale, technical reality, regulatory grounding, and edge cases.

- Domain definition: Dynamic (demand-based) pricing adjusts zone tariffs in real time based on occupancy, time of day, events, or seasonal rules. Common in Norway (Oslo Bysykkel model), mandated disclosure rules apply.
- Core entities:

Purpose: Take a domain concept or business rule and translate it into concrete engineering artefacts — data models, state machines, API contracts, or code patterns — with domain correctness guaranteed.

Domain gotchas:
