notify the user via Discord webhook embed. Triggers: /notify, send a Discord notification, alert me when done, ping me on Discord. Flags: --task, --link, --webhook, --color, --field, --content, --dry-run.

branch diff, plus the explicit --ticket value. Every claim traces to a hunk
in git diff <target>...HEAD, the hunk that proves it.

Group related changes thematically, not commit-by-commit. Factual and brief, no
filler. No Linear references unless --ticket was passed.
Then run the trace check: for each theme in the body, point at the hunks that prove it. A theme that traces to nothing gets rewritten to name the concrete change. Completion: the title and every body theme trace to specific hunks.
Use gh pr create (or equivalent) with the generated title and body, targeting
--target.
Report the PR URL.
