Build, refresh, or promote rows from `docs/initialDocs/derivedBibliography.md` — the auto-generated catalogue of references cited by the papers under `literature/papers/`. ./scripts/docker.sh rebuild — rebuild rosepetal-research-vibe:latest from docker/Dockerfile.gpu.
