Compiler Architecture Validator

Validates Fakt compiler plugin follows industry-standard architectural patterns.

Instructions

1. Determine Scope

Extract from conversation:

• Specific component: "validate UnifiedFaktIrGenerationExtension"
• General check: "validate architecture"

Components:
