Activate company-level signal tracking. Runs signals via the Saber CLI if available; without it, outputs a research playbook and suggests alternative tracking methods.
Generate 12–15 structured, weighted research signals from a structured ICP, ready to activate in Saber. Each signal includes answer type, weight, and interpretation rules for automatic scoring.
Deep research on a single company — signals, hiring, news, tech stack, and LinkedIn presence. Uses the Saber CLI for signal data and any available MCP tools for broader research.
End-to-end guided workflow — take one prospect domain, run your saved research signals, find named contacts on the buying committee, and write a hyper-personalised cold email and LinkedIn DM grounded in the signal answers. First run defines the source-company ICP, contact-search targets, and ≤5 weighted signals (saved to disk); every subsequent run reuses them. Use when you want full SDR research-and-write for a single prospect, not write-outreach in isolation.
End-to-end guided workflow — build a Saber company list, run research signals across every company in parallel, find named contacts, and export a combined CSV to the desktop. Walks the user through each stage with confirmations and a credit-discipline guard. Use when you want one signed-off CSV instead of running build-account-list, create-company-signals, and build-contact-list separately.
Build a target account list and run company signals against it. Works with the Saber CLI, Apollo, HubSpot, or any available prospecting tool — with a manual fallback.

Use this skill to get a structured analysis of a specific deal. Bring deal context and get back: a health assessment, risk flags, stakeholder map, and concrete next steps.
Works without any CLI. If the Saber CLI is available, it can run live signals on the account to add real-time context.
Ask the user to describe the deal. Collect:
Collect missing context conversationally — don't dump all questions at once.
If the Saber CLI is available and the domain is known, run a quick signal check:
saber signal --domain <domain> --question "Has this company hired a new [buyer title] in the last 6 months?" --yes
saber signal --domain <domain> --question "Is this company actively growing its [relevant team]?" --yes
If no CLI, use web search to check for recent news: funding, leadership changes, layoffs, product launches, or any event that changes urgency or risk.
Score the deal across these dimensions:
Champion — Is there someone inside who wants this to happen?
Economic buyer — Have you reached the person who controls budget?
Pain — Is the pain real, specific, and urgent?
Timeline — Is there a forcing function?
Competition — What's the alternative if you don't win?
Process — Do you understand how they make decisions?
Rate each dimension: Strong / Weak / Unknown
Identify the top 2–3 risks in this deal:
RISK FLAGS
🔴 [Risk name]: [What's happening / not happening that signals this risk]
→ [What to do about it]
🟡 [Risk name]: [Watch area — not a crisis but worth monitoring]
→ [What to do about it]
Common risk patterns:
Based on known contacts, map the buying committee:
STAKEHOLDER MAP
Champion: [Name] — [title] — [assessment: strong / developing / unclear]
Economic buyer: [Name or "not yet reached"]
Influencers: [Names, titles, stance if known]
Blockers: [Anyone who might slow or kill the deal]
Missing: [Roles you haven't reached yet that typically need to be involved]
Produce 3–5 specific, actionable next steps ranked by priority:
NEXT STEPS
1. [Specific action] — [Why this, why now]
How: [Exact ask or message to send]
2. [...]
3. [...]
Good next steps are:
For the most important next step, draft the outreach:
Offer to use write-outreach for a fuller personalisation pass if signal data is available.
