- Chrome extension only. No Firefox, Safari, or mobile support. You must run the extension in Chrome (or Chromium-based browsers) for sending. No standalone desktop or mobile app.
- REST API + MCP, but NO webhooks/Zapier. Bazzly now ships a public REST API (
https://api.bazzly.ai, Bearer bzly_live_ keys, scopes read/write/top-ups) and an MCP server (https://api.bazzly.ai/mcp) for Claude/Cursor, so you CAN pipe opportunities into a CRM — but only by polling (e.g. GET /public/v1/opportunities), not via push events. There are still no documented webhooks or Zapier. If you specifically need webhooks, RedShip offers REST + webhooks.
- 30% of AI messages need significant rewrites. Treat AI drafts as rough starting points, not final copy. The AI occasionally misses sarcasm, context, and subtle nuances in Reddit threads.
- 15% false positive rate on leads. Not every flagged lead is genuine — review intent scores before spending credits on comments or DMs.
- Single plan now ($99/mo, 100 credits). The old Starter/Growth/Elite tiers (with 4/6/unlimited subreddits and 20/200/unlimited credits) are gone — there is one "All in One" plan with 100 monthly credits plus top-ups. Budget around the 100 credits; comments cost 10 each.
- Reply Boost (smart upvotes) carries risk. Vote manipulation violates Reddit TOS. Use sparingly and understand the risk.
- Credit costs vary significantly. A comment via high-karma account costs 10 credits vs 0.1 for an AI draft. Plan credit allocation around your highest-intent leads.

Review the first 20 leads manually before enabling DMs. Use AI draft generation (0.1 credits) as a screening step before committing comment credits (10 credits).
Chrome extension not detecting leads
Symptom: Extension installed but no leads appearing in dashboard
Cause: Extension permissions, browser profile conflicts, or subreddit configuration issues
Solution: Verify the extension has permissions for reddit.com. Check that your Chrome profile isn't blocking extensions. Confirm subreddits are correctly configured in your Bazzly dashboard. Try disabling other Reddit-related extensions that may conflict. Clear browser cache and reload. If using multiple Chrome profiles, ensure the extension is enabled in the correct profile.
