Invoke when generating base test files for app/core/src/test/resources/test-data/. FFmpeg creates the synthetic media files; ExifTool then adds metadata (see /use-exiftool-metadata).

Standard pattern (FFmpeg generates file, ExifTool adds metadata):

H.264 requires dimensions divisible by 2. Use even numbers (800x600, 1280x720, 1920x1080).
