Proofline Scope Integrity
Treat the user's stated goal as the work contract. Use assets/templates/work-contract.md when a written contract helps the task.
Before
For large work, state:
- user goal
- non-negotiable requirements
- checkpoints
- verification plan
- known risks or blockers
- decisions needing user approval
During
Split large work into checkpoints. Warn about risk when needed. If a checkpoint fails, fix it, report a blocker, or ask approval to change scope.
Complete
Complete means the approved goal is done and verified.
Never reduce scope silently or package partial success as full completion.
