Ingest tmp.md

When to Use

• You created tmp.md in repo root with # Prompt / # AI 输出, or chat transcript style ## User / ## Assistant.
• You want one command to generate an entry, build a date-based filename, infer tags, and update both indexes.
• You want default mild desensitization (obvious key/token patterns only) plus reminder when uncertain.
• You want to strip verbose tool traces like Tool/Input/Output blocks automatically.

Procedure

1. Ensure tmp.md exists in repository root and follows the heading format in tmp format.
2. Run ingest script.
3. Review generated entry for title and inferred tags.
4. If tags are off, rerun with override tags CSV: ./scripts/run.sh tmp.md "代码开发,工程管理".
5. If needed, override author explicitly: ./scripts/run.sh tmp.md "代码开发" "张三".

Notes

• This workflow applies only light redaction by default.
• If stronger redaction is required, explicitly request "严格脱敏" before ingesting.
