The sync step also regenerates SOURCES.yaml in the destination.
Compare two skill trees quickly:

SOURCES.yaml.--delete only when the user explicitly wants destination files removed if they are absent from the source..git/ and __pycache__/ by default.--exclude SOURCES.yaml if the destination should receive only skill directories.
