Use this skill when the user wants to merge, land, or close out a completed task branch — "merge it", "land that branch", "close out the task", "tidy up after the worker", "clean up the worktree", "merge the worker branch", "go ahead and land it" — or to sync the staging branch to master — "sync to master", "push to master", "sync ready-for-master". Activates on action-verb merge/land/close-out/sync intents only. Status questions like "any unmerged work?" or "what's parked?" go to Herald, not Housekeeper.

Use this skill when the user wants a status briefing or orientation — "what's next?", "what's ready?", "what's going on?", "any outstanding work?", "what's the state of things?", "what should I look at?", "give me a briefing", "session start", or similar status inquiries. Also fires at natural session boundaries when the human wants to know where things stand. Does NOT activate on action-verb intents like "merge it" or "dispatch this task" — those go to Housekeeper and Foreman respectively.

Use this skill when the user wants to explore or brainstorm an idea ("I have an idea", "what if we...", "let me think through...", "let's brainstorm"), capture an idea ("capture an idea", "save an idea", "log an idea", "file that as an idea", "let's capture that"), mark an idea as refined ("idea is refined", "idea is clear", "mark as refined"), or when an idea surfaces naturally in conversation and should be filed. Also activates when an agent (Claude) encounters something worth exploring that is not yet decided or scoped — agents should file it as an idea rather than a task when the direction is still unknown.
