Check whether Telegram access is locked down:

remotty telegram policy allowlist --config $configPath

Run the live environment check:

remotty telegram live-env-check --config $configPath

Summarize whether a bridge is likely running.
State whether the allowlist check passed.
If the bridge was just started, tell the user to look for:

Listening for Telegram channel messages from: remotty:telegram

Do not print secrets.
