Use when the user types `/second-opinion`, asks for a second opinion on a branch, wants GPT to review the work, or wants an independent review before pushing.

Wrap a feature branch up into a clean, shippable PR - consolidate WIP commits into a small set of Conventional Commits by prefix (feat/fix/chore/docs/test/refactor), run `make lint-diff` once at the end, push, then create or update a descriptive PR. Skips per-commit hooks via `--no-verify` and runs them in one pass after consolidation. Use when the user types `/prepare-pr`, says "wrap this branch up", "ship this branch", "open a PR for this", "consolidate the commits and PR", or similar end-of-branch language. Disabled for auto-invocation.
