Yo Utils URL

通过 opencli 采集 URL 内容，输出干净的 markdown + 本地图片/视频。 若用户提及需要初始化知识库，则参考 Workflow STEP 0 引导用户创建 EXTEND.md。 若用户提供 URL 则参考完整 Workflow 进行采集。

User Input Tools

When this skill prompts the user, follow this tool-selection rule (priority order):

1. Prefer built-in user-input tools exposed by the current agent runtime — e.g., AskUserQuestion, request_user_input, clarify, ask_user, questionnaire, or any equivalent.
2. Fallback: if no such tool exists, emit a numbered plain-text message and ask the user to reply with the chosen number/answer for each question.
3. Batching: if the tool supports multiple questions per call, combine all applicable questions into a single call; if only single-question, ask them one at a time in priority order.

Concrete AskUserQuestion references below are examples — substitute the local equivalent in other runtimes.

Step 1: Route URL → adapter

从 URL 提取 hostname，grep 查路由表：

提取 command（第 4 列），替换占位符：

• {url} → 用户 URL
