Rules: lowercase, hyphen-separated, include repo prefix, avoid temporal suffixes (-bugfixes.md).
-plugin suffix for dashboards plugins: alerting-dashboards-plugin/ → alerting-dashboards/One tag per document: the repository name from file path.
