承認ボタンや非同期処理の中から「開いて」を実行する設計では、SystemOpen だけはメイン評価機会で呼ぶこと。重い処理を SessionSubmit で非同期化していても、desktop 操作はボタン本体 (メイン評価) に分離する。詳細は rule 95-scheduled-task-safety 節 G。

LLM が生成する無修飾 NBOpenFolderWithApproval[...] は、$ContextPath に NBAccess\`` が無いと Global`NBOpenFolderWithApproval (未定義) に解決され、ReleaseHold` しても未評価式のまま返り SystemOpen に到達しない。
対策として NBAccess は NBResolveDesktopActionPath[held, accessSpec] を提供する。これは head の context に依存せず SymbolName で wrapper を検出し、パス式を安全評価して検証だけ行う (SystemOpen は呼ばない)。呼び出し側 (承認ボタン本体 = メイン評価) が検証済みパスに対して raw SystemOpen を直接呼ぶ。これで Global\`` shadow にも $ContextPath` にも左右されない。
