Interview the user, then rewrite the _context/ files with real content. This runs once; after it, every other skill has context to work with.
_context/me.md. If it does NOT contain STATUS: TEMPLATE, the system is already set up; ask whether they want to update specific context files instead, and stop.me.md): name, one-sentence what-they-do, career stage, background highlights, working style, links.stack.md): what they can ship with today, working knowledge, learning now and why, the want-to-learn queue, what they avoid on purpose. Honest levels, no resume inflation.now-building.md): the main project, why this one (portfolio, learning, income), status, what it is teaching them. If they are not building anything yet, that is fine; capture what they WANT to build and suggest new-project after setup.goals.md): up to three quarterly goals with numbers and dates (ship X, land Y role, publish N posts), the year headline, the not-doing list.voice.md): ask them to paste 2-3 real writing samples (a post, a README, a long comment). From the samples, extract tone, rhythm, vocabulary, opening and closing styles, formatting habits. Keep the samples in the file._context/ file: remove the STATUS: TEMPLATE line, fill the sections, set updated: to today._ops/this-week.md with the current week and ask: "if only one thing ships this week, what is it?"(not captured yet) so a later session can fill the gap.Gamified guide through the learn/ ladder - shows current level and streak, serves next steps, verifies graduation artifacts, levels the user up, awards badges. Create and close out daily logs at daily/YYYY/YYYY-MM/YYYY-MM-DD.md. Triggers on - start my day, daily log, open today, end my day, close my day, what did I do today, log this.
Process everything in inbox/ and route each item to its proper home (projects, people, areas, raw, ops). Triggers on - process my inbox, triage inbox, clean inbox, empty my inbox, route my inbox.
