• Audience and decision context are clear.
• First section states the thesis or bottom line.
• Structure supports scanning and action.
• Claims are sourced, calculated, or labeled as assumptions.
• Terminology is consistent.
• Language is concise and concrete.
• Risks and tradeoffs are not buried.
• Next actions are explicit when the artifact asks for action.
• Long artifacts have an executive summary or TLDR table when useful.
