Activate when the user wants to "test the DPT debugger", run a "Debugger-Echttest"/"real test"/"umfangreicher Test" of the MCP debugger, validate the mcp__DPT__* tools end-to-end against TFW, reproduce the debugger workflow (start session → run a FitNesse suite as workload → set breakpoints → inspect → teardown), or run a specific named test case from the catalog. Also activate when a FitNesse suite "hangs" while TFW runs under the debugger, or when the user asks "which tests are available" / "list tests".

Activate whenever the user asks about the Delphi `.rsm` file format, the `CSH7` byte layout, the `DPT.Rsm.*` units (Reader, Scanner, EnumDecoder, StructDiscoverer, FormatALinker, ClassParentDeriver, CrossUnitParentResolver, ScopeLocalEnumBridge, BufferIO, Model), or the RSM-driven debugger consumer code (`DPT.Debugger.EvaluateVariable`'s dotted walk / locals reader, `DPT.MCP.Server`'s evaluate path). Activate whenever the user wants to work on RsmDesk: add or improve a viewer, extend the element tree, wire up navigation, fix an RsmDesk build/UI bug, grow its coverage of the reader's output, or discuss the RsmDesk project (`Projects/RsmDesk/`, `RsmDesk.MainForm.pas`, `RsmDesk.dproj`, `RsmDesk.Coverage.md`). This skill OWNS the long-term build-out of RsmDesk and works hand-in-hand with the `rsm-expert` skill — it delegates RSM-format questions and reader-limitation fixes to `rsm-expert` via sub-agents.
