Workflow

1. Decontamination (Immediate):
   • If user was outside during/after fallout.
   • Remove outer clothing (removes ~90% of contamination).
   • Shower with lukewarm water and soap (do not scrub).
2. Symptom Assessment:
   • Ask about nausea, vomiting, diarrhea (NVD).
   • Check for burns (thermal or radiation).
3. Treatment Advice:
   • Hydration.
   • Potassium Iodide (KI) usage (only if instructed by authorities).
   • Wound care.
