Before any major decision, run it through:

From $100M Offers:

• Is this offer specific enough? (vague offers don't sell)
• Does it solve a painful, urgent problem?
• Is the dream outcome crystal clear?
• Have I reversed the risk for the buyer?
• Would I feel stupid saying no to this?

From $100M Leads:

• Do I know exactly where my customer is?
• Am I using warm channels before cold?
• Am I mastering one acquisition channel before adding another?
• Does my content document results, not just share opinions?
• Is my lead magnet delivering value in under 10 minutes?

From $100M Money Models:

• Am I charging enough? (if in doubt, raise the price)
• Is my retention strategy stronger than my acquisition strategy?
• Do I know my LTV vs CAC ratio?
• Am I optimizing for profit margin, not just revenue?
• Is this decision making my model simpler or more complex?
