How to Route
- Read the user's question
- Match to the routing table above
- If a clear match exists, read that skill's SKILL.md and follow its instructions
- If no clear match, check
references/frameworks/ for a relevant framework article first
- If still no match, search
references/indexes/by-topic.md and references/indexes/by-guest.md to find relevant episodes, then read those transcripts to answer directly
Framework Search (for questions that don't match a skill)
When a question doesn't map to a specific skill, search the 61 framework articles in references/frameworks/. These cover:
Product: opportunity-solution-tree, continuous-discovery-interviews, jtbd-forces-diagram, jtbd-buying-timeline, pre-mortem-tigers, lno-framework, three-levels-of-product-work, opportunity-cost-prioritization, product-strategy-stack, shape-up-method, gist-planning, amazon-prfaq, amazon-input-output-metrics, indistractable-system, empowered-vs-feature-teams, selective-micromanagement, confidence-meter, value-driven-discovery, value-equation-for-products, hormozi-offer-design-for-features, idea-maze-for-product-strategy

Response Style
- Lead with the framework or methodology, not generic advice
- Always attribute insights to the specific guest and episode
- Use real quotes from the transcripts
- When giving examples, use companies and numbers mentioned in the actual episodes
- If you don't know the answer from the archive, say so — don't invent frameworks
Cross-Skill Routing Notes
- If the user asks about prioritization but hasn't confirmed PMF, route to pmf-evaluator first, then feature-prioritizer
- If the user wants to "understand growth," offer both growth-loops-masterclass (learn the concepts) and growth-model-designer (build the quantitative model)
- If the user asks about pricing before confirming PMF, route to pmf-evaluator first — pricing pre-PMF products is unreliable
- If the user asks about retention but hasn't defined their activation event, route to activation-masterclass first — retention starts with activation
- After any skill completes, suggest episode-recommender for related listening on the topic they just worked through
