harness-trace push

Trigger an immediate upload of buffered events:

!node ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/bin/harness-trace.mjs push

Uses the endpoint configured via ingest_endpoint user config. If the endpoint is not set, this command reports no-op.
