web/index.html のOGPメタタグを、現在のプレゼンテーション情報に合わせて更新するスキル。
lib/config/speaker_info.dart から以下を読み取る：
presentationTitle → og:titlename + presentationSubtitle → og:description（{name} | {subtitle} 形式）web/index.html 内の以下を更新する：

OGP更新後、以下を案内する：
og:image の変更は不要og:image はCIで自動設定されるため変更しないog:type と twitter:card は固定値なので変更しない&, <, > など）がタイトルに含まれる場合はエスケープするGitHub Pagesへのデプロイ支援。「デプロイ」「公開」「GitHub Pages」などで発動。
flutter_deckでプレゼンテーションスライドを作成・編集。「スライドを追加」「新しいスライド」「スライドを編集」「テーマ変更」「コード挿入」「画像追加」「プレビュー」などで発動。
新しいプレゼンテーションの企画・構成を支援。「新しいプレゼン」「プレゼン作成」「発表準備」「登壇準備」などで発動。
スライドのプレビュー・確認。「プレビュー」「スライド確認」「スクリーンショット」「全スライド確認」などで発動。
