Transformation Steps

Directory: Creates .github/workflows/.
CI Pipeline: Adds ci.yml for linting and testing.
CD Pipeline: Adds cd.yml for auto-deployment to Vercel/Railway.
Secrets: Provides instructions for setting up GITHUB_TOKEN and other API keys.
