When to Activate

When the user asks to: set up CI/CD, deploy applications, configure cloud infrastructure, manage Kubernetes, set up monitoring, write Terraform/IaC, optimize costs, or any infrastructure/DevOps task.

CI/CD

GitHub Actions (primary): Matrix builds, OIDC auth, deployment gates, reusable workflows
Release strategies: Blue-green, canary (5%→25%→50%→100%), rolling, feature flags
