The user-facing command is:

It runs:

node "$HOME/.claude/skills/codex-handoff/scripts/codex-handoff.mjs"

The script packages the current Claude transcript into ~/.claude/handoffs and starts Codex with a compact prompt that points at the digest and transcript.
