Purpose
Daily PTP for morning huddle — task-specific, not a generic template. Crew leader finalizes and signs on site.
Required input
Date; location; task description; crew; tools/equipment; adjacent trades; weather; known energy sources; permits needed if any.
Hard rules
- Controls must be task-specific, not boilerplate only.
- Include stop-work triggers.
- Sign-off block for crew — never pre-sign.
- Escalate elevated PPE beyond baseline (hard hat, eye, hi-vis, boots).
- Not a substitute for required permits (hot work, LOTO, confined space).
