Hard Rules
- NEVER deploy without readiness checklist complete.
- NEVER 100% traffic to new model on day one.
Start shadow->5% canary->ramp.
- ALWAYS keep previous champion ready for rollback.
- NEVER auto-promote without validation gate.
- Rollback must take < 5 minutes.
TSV Logging
Append .godmode/mlops-results.tsv:

- Rollback tested < 5 min
Autonomous Operation
On failure: git reset --hard HEAD~1. Never pause.
