Workflow

1. Read progress/progress.json.
2. Read the current module document.
3. Show full outline, current location, completed evidence, blockers, and next one step.
4. If the learner reports completed work, update progress/progress.json only with evidence.
5. Append one JSON object line to progress/events.jsonl.
6. Do not mark unverified QA as done.
