ClawLink handles OAuth with Fathom. No API keys needed. Connect at claw-link.dev/dashboard?add=fathom.

• Read tools are safe and require no confirmation

Discovery Workflow

1. Call clawlink_list_integrations to confirm fathom is connected.
2. Call clawlink_list_tools --integration fathom to see the live catalog.
3. Use clawlink_search_tools({ query: "transcript", integration: "fathom" }) to find specific tools.

Execution Workflow

READ (safe):     list_meetings → get_recording_transcript → get_recording_summary → list_teams
WRITE (confirm): create_webhook → delete_webhook

Notes

• Prefer fathom_get_recording_transcript over list_meetings with include_transcript=true to avoid oversized responses
• Transcript speaker is an object -- use speaker.display_name to get the name
• Transcripts support async delivery via destination_url parameter

Error Handling

Status / Error	Meaning
401 Unauthorized	OAuth token expired -- reconnect at dashboard
403 Forbidden	Insufficient permissions for this organization
404 Not Found	Recording ID does not exist
429 Rate Limited	Too many requests -- apply exponential backoff

Troubleshooting

Tools Not Visible

• Start a fresh OpenClaw chat to reload plugin catalog
• Call clawlink_list_integrations to confirm pairing

Empty Meeting List

• Verify the date range covers meetings that were recorded
• Check that Fathom was actively recording during the meetings
• Some meetings may still be processing
