Rules
- Use
"-" for meals intentionally skipped (e.g., long driving days).
transportation is "-" when staying in same city.
- Attractions end with
; even if only one.
accommodation is "-" on final day if returning home.
- Restaurant format:
"Name, City" (matches CSV Name and City columns).
