Before handling video generation, load and follow skills/video-render-runtime/SKILL.md and its v2 contract. Reject a task if the managed skill is unavailable.
Translate an approved Aries brief into the shared Hermes submission envelope. Do not select providers, models, credentials, or retry policy. Hermes owns execution selection; Aries owns callback correlation, durable ingest, approval, and dashboard projection.
Emit only the shared Hermes callback contract. Failed terminal callbacks require a meaningful error. Rendered artifacts must be MP4 files in an approved Hermes cache root so Aries can ingest them into durable job storage.
