Use only when the trigger includes this skill in `design_skill_palette.activated[]`.
Outputs must be design constraints, rationale, or checks that the `agentic-design-frontend-design` producer can apply to the staged prototype bundle. Do not write canonical prototype artifacts, manifest, asset-index, phase metadata, Git commits, or host-local absolute paths.
