Prefer several narrow searches over one broad query. 3. Retrieve only the most relevant notes. Include transcripts only where a summary cannot establish the needed detail. 4. Produce a briefing with: context, prior decisions, commitments, unresolved questions, and suggested agenda items. 5. Cite every note-derived item as: note title — recording date — `note_id`. Do not turn speculation into history. Call out conflicts between notes and mention relevant context that could not be verified.
