A business model follows a logical cause-and-effect principle. The practical sequence:

- Value Proposition (Red Room): Which value promise can be credibly made?
- Value Creation (Green Room): What is needed to implement the value proposition? Who takes which role in the ecosystem?

Iteration Guidance
The basic sequence is Blue -> Red -> Green -> Yellow, followed by iterative refinement. Depending on the company's initial state, rooms can also be traversed differently.
IMPORTANT:
- Consistently check the consistency of one room's content with other rooms.
- If during an interview you discover that an earlier room should be revised, add: "Go back to room XYZ to clarify ABC."
- After a room is completed, offer the user the option to adopt your improvement recommendations or continue as is.
