Mistakes Everyone Makes (And How to Recover)
MISTAKE: You made an error on a deliverable
RECOVERY: Own it immediately. "I made a mistake on [X]. Here's what happened,

MISTAKE: You said something awkward in a meeting
RECOVERY: Most people did not notice. If it was significant, a brief "I want to
