CI Review

Use this skill when the task is to take a PR from "needs work" to "ready to merge".

Work in this order:

1. Resolve conflicts with main. Fetch the latest main and merge it into the current branch. If there are conflicts, resolve them carefully and complete the merge.

2. Address GitHub Copilot comments. Use gh api or gh pr view --comments to fetch review comments on the current PR. Treat github-pilot and copilot-pr-reviewer as Copilot reviewers. If you agree with a Copilot suggestion, implement it. If you disagree, reply on GitHub explaining why.

3. Address other reviewers' comments. Fetch the remaining review comments from humans or other bots. Apply the needed code changes. Do not post GitHub replies for these unless the user explicitly asks.

4. Push the branch. Commit with a clear message and push to the PR branch.

5. Wait for CI and fix failures. Poll gh pr checks until all checks are complete. For each failed check, inspect logs with gh run view <run-id> --log-failed or equivalent. Fix the root cause, commit, push, and wait again. Repeat until all checks pass.

Practical notes:

• Prefer gh pr view --json number,headRefName,baseRefName,url to identify the active PR.
• When filtering review comments, prefer gh api repos/{owner}/{repo}/pulls/{pr_number}/comments.
• Run local tests or linters before pushing when practical.
• Do not force-push unless the user explicitly asks or it is strictly necessary.
• If reviewer intent is genuinely ambiguous, stop and ask instead of guessing.
