Write titles that accurately identify the study topic, major variables, population, and design without overstating causality or novelty.

Workflow

1. Extract the study design, population, exposure/intervention, comparator, outcome, and data source.
2. Decide whether the title should be descriptive, declarative, interrogative, or compound.
3. Draft 5-10 title options, prioritizing clarity over cleverness.
4. Remove unnecessary words, unexplained abbreviations, claims of first/novel/best, and unsupported causal verbs.
5. Match journal conventions if the user provides a target journal.
