Storyweaver Voice Episode Packet
Use this skill when a Chronicle episode should become a voice-ready archive packet. The skill prepares files only; it does not generate audio.

Workflow
- Create
episodes/<session-id>/voice/.
- Write
script.md with episode structure, speaker cues if needed, source-aware scene turns, and production notes.
- Write
narration.txt as clean spoken text with no markdown control syntax unless requested.
- Write
revision-notes.md with claims, uncertainties, pronunciation notes, and editorial choices.
- Write
episode.yaml with title, slug, date, source packet, status, tags, duration estimate, and archive placement.
- Write
index-update.md describing how to update a voice archive index.
- Add split/recovery clip guidance when the narration is long.
- Update
state.md.
